Events Schedule

There is so much more to see and do at Dog Days of Denton!

Pooches and their people will find the traditional “Glamfur” shots of your furry friend, dogs on parade, canine contests, live entertainment, demonstrations, arts/crafts booths, pet information and adoptions, festival foods and more. Stay cool at the event in the Cool Zone by Invisible Fence of Greater Dallas – expanded for more comfort this year!

All contests are stage call entries with the exception of the Spokesdog Pageant. Owners wishing to enter their precious pooch or handsome hound in the Dog Days of Denton Spokesdog Pageant should follow the instructions on the Spokesdog entry flier. A simple essay and photo turned in by the deadline prior to the event will make you eligible for the contest. Please see the flier on Forms & Applications Page for details or e-mail for more information.

* Please note the stage events, demos, & contest times may vary/change due to length of time it takes to complete the previous one*

** Please see below for contest guidelines. The Spokesdog Pageant requires entry in advance – see the Forms and Applications page on website.

All other contests are stage call, so be ready about 15 minutes before scheduled time.

Schedule will be posted before the event in 2014
